you have to give to get. you cant acquire good players for slop and sprare parts. Until i know what forward they wanted, cant say it was absurd just yet imo.

I have said before and I will say it again, Not many (as in count on one hand) does what Ryan O'Reilly does on the ice. He wins face-offs at a Hall of Fame pace, He creates as many turn overs as anybody in the game, He averages on par 60 points per season and the one thing he does that again not many players in the league do is, He is available for just about every shift he is supposed to take. He took 1 minor penalty this year, that doesn't make him a soft player, that makes him an extremely smart one. He should have won the Lady Bing, but the league decided to give one more gift to Vegas, good for Karlsson, but really? If teams that think he is the piece of the puzzle to win the cup, then yes, they should be paying a premium price, They shouldn't be getting him on the cheap.
